Working professionally as a cinematographer since 2016, Taylor made his debut in action sports, commercials, & music videos. Becoming fluent in working on projects from concept to completion, he produced and directed his first film in 2018. After moving back to Canada, he has been working on set in many capacities across a wide variety of projects. 

In recent years, Taylor has split his time between colour grading and cinematography work, while he focuses on writing and directing his own narrative projects.
